Our NEW Gratitude tanks are finally here!
Having gratitude is the most important feeling to have (in my opinion). What you give, you get back and the more gratitude you give, the more you'll have to be grateful for. It's truly amazing what will happen when you're constantly giving gratutide for everything you have in your life, every day, big or small. Focusing on what you have instead of what you don't have will change your outlook, experiences and will bring abundance into your life.

Being grateful seems like a simple concept, but it’s something we often forget to do on a daily basis. Gratefulness has become a seasonal activity centered around Thanksgiving and holidays, but here at THINK we want to challenge you to “Think Gratitude” every single day.
This is why we’ve created our new THINK Gratitude tanks to help remind you to be grateful for every wonderful thing that happens in your life, no matter how big or how small. With this tank, we hope to inspire you to adopt a new mindset focused on both positive thinking and being grateful. The best way to start thinking gratitude is by keeping a gratuity journal.
Keeping a gratuity journal is something I recently incorporated into my life. Every night before I go to bed, I pull out my gratuity journal from my nightstand and start writing a list. I reflect on my day and think about what aspects of my day I am most thankful for. This is an excellent way to not only “think gratitude” but to also “think positive.” Even on days when everything seemed to go against my favor, I still write down the positive aspects of my day that I’m grateful for. I love keeping this journal because it helps me remember all the beautiful reasons I have to be happy! On days when I’m feeling down, I can always pull out my gratuity journal and read through my old entries to remind myself why I’m grateful to be living this crazy and beautiful life.
I highly encourage you to start keeping your own gratuity journal.
The steps are simple: first, find a cute journal! I always find some really pretty [and cheap!] journals from discount stores.
Second, reflect on you day: what happened to you today that you were grateful for? What positive aspects of your day made you smile? Try and write new entries every day.
Of course you can repeat, but I like trying to write unique and different entries every day. It makes writing a little more difficult, but also more rewarding! Don’t worry about making your entries incredibly serious. My entries range from things like puppy kisses to my education to shaded running paths to my family to a really awesome recipe I tried out that day.
It doesn’t matter how important or “big” an entry may seem; if you are grateful for it, write it down! It’s something you are grateful for, and therefore it’s important and worthy of being written down and remembered.
It may seem silly to write down “little” things like a shaded running path, but when its 90 degrees outside and you’re on a long run, a shaded running path really is something you’re grateful to find! And when you reread your journal, specific and detailed entries like this one will remind you of all the little things you have to be grateful for.
Don’t forget to be grateful for yourself, your body, and your abilities! Your body can do incredible things that other peoples can’t, so give thanks for those abilities. I truly believe that giving gratitude in everything you do will not only make you a more cognizant of your everyday surroundings and aware of their impact on your life, it will make you a more positive person. Sometimes you don’t need lavish gifts and incredible miracles to be grateful. Most of the time, all you need is your favorite song on the radio, a kiss from a puppy, a shaded running path, anything that makes you smile and makes you think “How lucky am I?” These are the entries that you will reread and think “wow, my life really is beautiful!” It’s important to be grateful for these things and acknowledge the positive impacts they have on your life.
By thinking gratitude, we hope you start to realize all the things you have to be grateful for on a daily basis. By being grateful for the little things, you are able to focus on the positive aspects of your life every day. These positive aspects, be they big or small, are what keep us thinking positive and thinking gratitude.
So, go find a journal and get to writing! We can’t wait to start seeing your gratuity journals + Gratitude tanks! Don’t forget to tag us on Instagram [@thinkallways] with your pictures.
